Amani Partners Kenya, Inc. is an all-volunteer organization that has had tremendous success from its grassroots beginning, with students of Evansville Indiana’s Signature School in 2004 , thru 2017 when it became a 501(c)(3) organization, and continuing with its original passion today. Following is a timeline summary of projects this amazing team has undertaken and completed, along with their continuing projects, illustrated in pictures. Together, along with the people of Ekerenyo Kenya, they are making a positive impact in the greater community, and are improving the lives of local underserved and underprivileged Kenyans.

Timeline: What Have We Done?
Midyear, 2022
"Green Hill Amani Academy" We were able to raise money, and by August the school’s windows were replaced, walls painted, new desks made, new latrines built, a water tank installed, a fence built around the property, and food and water are being provided.
Midyear, 2021
The "Amani Health Centre" building construction and facilities are completed. 2021 will focus on up-fitting the new space, expanding existing programs, and implementing several new ones.
February, 2020
The guest rooms and dining room on the 2nd floor were furnished and used while the medical wing was continuing work towards completion.
February, 2020
2nd Floor is half finished. Expanded services include Medical , Dental, and Eye Services in completed 1st floor of the new "Amani Health Centre".
Midyear, 2019
Construction continues on 2nd Floor of the "Amani Health Care Centre"
2018
Started construction the "Amani Health Care Centre" behind the Learning Centre
2010-2019
US and Kenya teams held Medical / Eye / Dental Camps twice each year in "Amani Learning Centre"
2006
Completed and dedicated "The Amani Reading Centre" (name changed to "The Amani Learning Centre" in 2017 with completion of computer lab)

Started construction "The Amani Reading Centre"
Meanwhile, each year, while work is going on in Kenya, our teams hold fundraisers in Evansville, Indiana, working closely with our Kenyan partners on needs and costs.
Our Kenyan/ U.S. teams have worked closely together in Kenya.
And all have had great joy along the journey.
